Adding Tracking subsciption

I've been using SPOT for a couple of months now. Didn't subscribe to the optional Tracking service when i first registered but now wish to. Have found nothing nothing on the SPOT website by which I can do this. But I assume this is possible. How ?

Had a quick look but it isn;t obviuos to me either.
Drop the spot guys an email, see
