GPSOZ

I have a Nuvi 5000 with OZtopo 2.1. I am unable to find bonython road near Moomba in SA. without doing a co-ordinate search.
Once at the correct position the road shows up. I can do a search on the computer for this road using mapsource with no problem but not on GPS.
Am I searching in the wrong way.

Are you putting in a street/house number?

Hi Brian,
I am only putting in road not house number. Moomba doesnt exist as a place in Oztopo so I am not putting in city.
When I do this on the computer it shows up a number of Bonython roads including the one at Moomba.
It lists it as "Bonython Road, SA, Australia.
When done on Nuvi with Oztopo it lists a number Bonython roads, but not the one at Moomba.
I am doing search by selecting address. then search all.

Found the problem, Bonython Rd in that area has no locality/suburb. Data is usually supplied street, location,state, country. For some reason Bonython Rd is missing location. Will have to check data sources etc etc and of course other road/streets in other locations. Due to work on V3 there wont be a fix published for V2. We'll include a QA item for V3.
