Why does the Forum time still appear to be in daylight saving tine?

thats beacuse I spend more time answering questions than managing the board 
BTW just looked into to it, seems like a bug. Forum is set to UTC+10 but still displays UTC+11....
When I get 5 mins I'll chase it..... but don't expect to be fixed unitl the last sunday in November
