Configuring OZI-Explorer - Hema Navigator

Postby wishniwozfishn on Thu Jul 30, 2009 9:07 am

Hi Guys, I have looked through the threads but couldn't find the answer. I have Ozi-Explorer on my computer (purchased software not shareware) and I want to configure it to comunicate with my Hema Navigator so that I can transfer waypoints, routes, tracks etc. The problem I am encountering is that when I am running the configuration process in oziexplorer it prompts me to select the gps type and model, and hema navigator isn't there? Can anyone help me with this at all? Many many thanks

The Hema Navigator/OziExplorer PC interface does not work like this. The only way to transfer info back and forth is via file explorer. ie conenct up you HN. Save your info to a folder on your PC. I use oziexplorer\data . Use File Explorer to transfer your saved file(s) to the \data folder on the HN.

cheers
